Welcome to page 125 of my work in progress Shojo web Manga One Night in Michigan. Please note the this page is supposed to be read in Asian format. The first frame is in the top right, and the last frame is in the bottom left.

Yes, this is a Fox news spoof that parodies the neo-con response to Hurricane Katrina. I know, it's cliché, but who cares. It was fun to make.

You can't really see much in this shot, but I've actually constructed an entire news room in the background. If you look closely you can even see the ceiling lights in the background.

I'm probably going to use as the basis for some other scenes later on. So expect to see more. Also expect to see more Palin 2012 posters, T-shirts and logos around the place as she's great to parody.

Palin is the greatest thing that ever happened to the Democrats. You don't need to rack muck up on the Republicans any more. Palin digs it up herself and throws it straight at the camera lens as part of her own election campaigning.

If you want to promote the Republicans as being right wing rednecks with the IQ of a bar of soap, just show a 10 minute clip of Palin's own material.

It's wonderful stuff.

Unfortunately for Karen, she seems to be surrounded by people who think Palin is the best thing since sliced bread.

It's no fun living up in a small conservative town when you're not a small town conservative. It's even worse when you're a kid and cannot leave even if you want to.

As with Karen, I'm a little perplexed about who the “liberal media” are supposed to be. I don't think that I've ever encountered them. Karen most likely hasn't.
