This is why Fluttershy was crying on the last page, she doesn't want a "new" Twilight", she likes the "old" one.

The "old" Twilight helped each of her friends in a different way, and that made her special and unique.

This page is set several days after page 122, the Mane 6 (except for Twilight) have gathered together in Sweet Apple Acres to compare note on how things are going with Twilight and their efforts to help her get her horn and Cutie Mark back.
